Due to the high number of submissions, posters can be displayed for one day only. Your poster will have an allocated space at the venue. Please do not place your poster on any board other than the one assigned to you. Poster sessions will be held in the Ground Floor and First Floor foyers. Please consult the poster overview and venue map to locate your assigned poster number.
Please note: Posters are identified by their poster number, not their abstract ID. Poster lists will be displayed near each poster area and at the registration desk.

Each poster has been allocated a 3-minute flash presentation in the main programme. Please check ConfTool or the Whova conference app to find your allocated time slot.
The day of your flash presentation corresponds to the day your poster will be displayed.
Poster Mounting
Posters A: Tuesday, 1 September from 17:00, or early Wednesday morning
Posters B: Wednesday, 2 September from 18:00, or early Thursday morning
Pins for mounting your poster will be provided.
Poster Dismantling
If you are presenting on Wednesday, 2 September, please remove your poster by 18:00 on 2 September.
If you are presenting on Thursday, 3 September, please remove your poster by 18:00 on 3 September.
Important: Any posters that have not been removed by 18:00 on Thursday, 3 September will be dismantled and disposed of by the conference organisers.
Please, bring your printed paper poster to the venue. The measurements should be approximately A0 Portrait (841 x 1189 mm). The poster should be easily readable from a distance of 2 meters.
Printing company at the venue: Poliprint, Campus Leonardo. Building 12, Via Bonardi 9 (ground floor). Please use e-mail address poliprint-leo-acl@polimi.it with subject VPH2026 to order your prints. Pre-payment is not possible, the posters will be printed in your presence only.
