Late registration for workshops

If you want to do a late registration for workshops, please follow the instructions below:

People, who are already registered to the conference and want to register to workshops:

• The eligible participants register by e-mail at ‚tagung@informatik-forum.org‚ with the wish to participate in workshop xyz.
• The name given during the initial registration or the invoice number ‚TO-RE24-0xxx‘ is absolutely necessary. Otherwise it will not be possible to allocate it to the first invoice.

• The participant should also indicate which payment method he would like to use (SEPA, Stripe, Paypal).

2. A second invoice will be issued for the additionally booked workshops

3.This invoice is sent to the participant by e-mail including information on how to pay

People, who are not registered yet:

1. The participant sends an email to ‚tagung@informatik-forum.org‚ including the usual registration data (complete (!!!) billing address, name of the participant, organization, e-mail of the participant, which workshop, payment method [SEPA, Stripe or Paypal]).
2. Invoice will be issued
3. This invoice is sent to the participant by e-mail including information on how to pay

Subsequent invoice corrections caused by the participant will also incur an additional €30 net handling fee.
