- 1-day registration / Individual registration is valid for just one day (2, 3, or 4 September 2026)

Entitlements
Full conference registration: Access to all scientific sessions and workshops, coffee breaks and lunches, conference materials and access to the Welcome reception and Student night (only for student participants).
Full conference registration incl. networking: Access to all scientific sessions and workshops, coffee breaks and lunches, conference materials and access to the Welcome reception, Student night (only for student participants) and Conference dinner.
1-day registration: Admission to all sessions in the conference programme of the confirmed day, coffee breaks & lunch for one day.
Invitation letter
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the conference secretariat at vph2026@codan-consulting.com. Please note that official letter of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
Payment & Cancellation conditions
Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference will have their fees refunded as follows:
Written cancellation must be forwarded to the VPH 2026 Congress Secretariat (vph2026@codan-consulting.com)
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Cancellations received until 30 June 2026 will be refunded deducting administration costs of €50.
From 1 July 2026, registration fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be granted in case of no show.
If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
